Ruby has worked as a teacher in the educational field for 45 plus years, working with {youth, parents, organizations, churches and community leaders.

Ruby is a retired civil service government employee. She enjoyed being a teacher for 28 years, working for the Department of Defense Child Youth and School Services, on Fort Bragg NC for 28 years.

Ruby now enjoys working as the President of Educational Programs for Jones Global Foundation. She Co Founded Jones Global Foundation with her daughter Veronica in 2019, the Foundation is a family owned non-profit., that provides education awareness in the following areas: education and literacy literacy program, women's well being, mental health and restorative justice. www.jonesglobalfoundation.org

During her leisure time, Ruby enjoys; writing poems and books, traveling, attending community and global events, fellowship at church, faith based worship, and she enjoys time with her family and friends.
