Informazioni sull’autore
Prof. Hiren Kumar Deva Sarma is Professor in the Department of Information Technology, Gauhati University, Assam, India. He received Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Assam Engineering College, Guwahati, Assam (1998). He completed Master of Technology in Information Technology from Tezpur University, Assam (2000). He received Doctor of Philosophy (in Computer Science & Engineering) from Jadavpur University, West Bengal (2013). He has co-authored three books, edited four book volumes, and published more than eighty research papers in different International Journals and refereed International and National Conferences of repute. He is the recipient of the Young Scientist Award from International Union of Radio Science (URSI) in the XVIII General Assembly 2005, held at New Delhi, India and has received IEEE Early Adopter Award in 2014. His current research interests are networks, network security, robotics and big data analytics.
Prof. Vincenzo Piuri is an Italian scientist. He is IEEE Fellow and ACM Distinguished Scientist. He is known for his work in the field of information processing, with specific focus on artificial intelligence, computational intelligence, signal/image processing, biometrics, industrial applications, measurement systems, arithmetic units and fault-tolerant architectures. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. He is Full Professor at the University of Milan, Italy (since 2000), where he was also Department Chair (2007–2012). He was Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano, Italy (1992–2000), Visiting Professor at the University of Texas at Austin, USA (summers 1996–1999), and visiting researcher at George Mason University, USA (summers 2012–2019). He founded a start-up company, Sensure srl, in the area of intelligent systems for industrial applications (leading it from 2007 until 2010) and was active in industrial research projects with several companies.
Prof. Arun K Pujari is Former Professor and Dean of the School of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Hyderabad (UoH). He has been Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Rajasthan (2015–2020) and Vice-Chancellor of Sambalpur University, Odisha (20082011). He joined the UoH as Reader in 1985 and became a professor in 1990. Prior to joining University of Hyderabad, he served JNU, New Delhi. He completed his postgraduation from the Sambalpur University in 1974 and got his Ph.D. from IIT-Kanpur in 1980. He has more than 25 years' experience as Vice-Chancellor, Dean, Head of Department, and other administrative positions. He has served several high-level bodies of UGC, DST, DRDO, ISRO and AICTE. He has wide exposure in the national and international arena, and he has been invited to University of Tokyo, Japan,University of Paris-Sud, France, Griffith University, Australia, Memphis University, USA and IIST, United Nations University, Macau on different visiting assignments. He has more than 100 publications to his credit and his book, Data Mining Techniques, was a popular textbook adopted by several universities in India and abroad.

Noch immer liegt unser Fokus dabei auf den Kategorien: Fachbuch und englischsprachige Literatur. Hinzu kommen Bücher aus allen anderen Genres, wie Belletristik, Biografien oder Kinderbücher. Unser oberstes Ziel ist dabei die Weiterverwendung von Dingen und die Schonung von Ressourcen. Neben dem Ankauf von privaten Büchern oder Haushaltsauflösungen kaufen wir bundesweit komplette Bibliotheken und Buchbestände von Institutionen auf, um diese nachhaltig ein weiteres Mal auf den Markt zu bringen. Parallel dazu bietet Buchpark die Möglichkeit, große Mengen einzulagern. Ganze Bibliotheken und umfangreiche Buchbestände werden von uns professionell auf Qualitätsmerkmale hin untersucht und sorgfältig für den Onlinehandel aufbereitet. Diritto di recesso

Diritto legale di recesso
Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).
Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.
Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.
Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.
Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a Buchpark, Trebbin, Germany, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.
Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
- La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.
