Neuware - 'All Mary' is a charming and whimsical classic of children's literature that follows the delightful exploits of Mary Plain, a tiny and 'unusual' bear from the Bear Pits in Berne, Switzerland. With her distinctive personality and polite but inquisitive nature, Mary navigates the human world, turning everyday situations into extraordinary adventures through her unique perspective. In this second volume of her adventures, the story captures the heart and humor of Mary's interactions with the people she meets, most notably the 'Owl Man.' As she experiences the complexities of human customs, her innocent yet sharp observations provide a heartwarming and often funny look at the world. The narrative emphasizes themes of friendship, curiosity, and the joy of discovery, making it a standout entry in the tradition of talking animal stories. Written with a timeless appeal, 'All Mary' showcases Gwynedd Rae's ability to create a character that is both relatable and magical. This work remains a beloved piece of historical children's fiction, celebrated for its gentle wit and the unforgettable spirit of its protagonist. It is an essential read for those who appreciate classic tales that celebrate the wonder of childhood and the enduring bond between humans and animals. This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.
