L'autore: Sheila Steptoe is a motivational speaker, spiritual coach and author. She uses her experience to inspire people to go beyond the barriers that hold them back, to allow their true ability to shine through. She also runs workshops and coaches individuals to achieve greater heights, and is the author of Before I Get Old and Wrinkly, which is fast becoming a bestseller. I had an urge to write another book - but procrastinated until the urge became so strong I couldn't resist any longer. So many brilliant things had happened to me that I wanted to share them and give hope to others. A few stories I have touched upon again in this book, because they are so profound and have changed my life.
