Chef Susan Irby (Orange County, CA) trained under Master Chefs in Florence, Italy and Bourgogne, France. As a chef, shes worked with Master Chef George McNeill, Chef Todd English, Chef Ming Tsai, Chef Celestino Drago, and Chef Sherry Yard. Shes cooked for Patrick Swayze, Baby Face Edmonds, David Spade, Kate Sagal, James Garner, Dennis Cole, and Bill Handel. She teaches cooking classes for such clients as Gelsons, Whole Foods, Sur La Table, Luguna Culinary Arts, Chefs, Inc., Women Chefs & Restaurateurs, YPO and WPO, Bloomingdales, and the LA Unified School District. The mediagenic chef has appeared on TV here and across the pond onThe Mail on Sunday, Womans Own magazine, BBC radio, TodayLA, Aspen TV, The Patti Gribow Show, the Art of Food & Wine Festival, and The Orange County Register.
