In the tradition of The Stupids, Meet the Dullards is a clever and irreverent picture book about a comically boring family, from bestselling author Sara Pennypacker and illustrator Daniel Salmieri.

Their home is boring. Their food is plain. Their lives are monotonous. And Mr. and Mrs. Dullard like it that way.

But their children—Blanda, Borely, and Little Dud—have other ideas. . . .

Never has dullness been so hilarious than in this deadpan, subversive tale.

What happens when the most boring parents in the world have children who just want to have fun?

• Deadpan Humor: Follow the straight-faced adventures of Mr. and Mrs. Dullard, who think watching paint dry is the ultimate thrill.
• Celebrating Individuality: A funny tale that champions the spirit of kids like Blanda, Borely, and Little Dud, who know that a little bit of color and fun is never a bad thing.
• A Perfect Read Aloud: With simple text and hilarious situations, this story is designed to get the whole family giggling together.
• Silly Story: Join a family that orders vanilla ice cream without the vanilla and trades colorful books for blank paper in this ridiculously funny picture book.

Sara Pennypacker is the author of the New York Times bestselling Pax and Pax, Journey Home; the award-winning Clementine series and its spinoff series, Waylon; and the acclaimed novels Summer of the Gypsy Moths and Here in the Real World.
