Dilara Özkaya Çelebi, born on April 28, 1995, is an artist and a graduate of the Fine Arts Faculty, Department of Painting, at Ondokuz Mayıs University in Samsun, Turkey. Dilara stands out with her talent in illustration and takes great pleasure in creating professional drawings, especially for children's books, fueled by her passion for art. Additionally, she has presented her first book to readers, blending her original drawings with a story she wrote.
