Oval stamp on first page (blank reverse of portrait): "Distributed through the courtesy of the Washington State Library." Contains the text of addresses delivered in the Washington State House and Senate, the funeral service, and a short biography of Governor Rogers, the first and only Populist governor of the state. Scarce. In Near Fine- Condition: front wrapper is scraped at lower spine; wrapper is slightly rubbed; clean and solid.
