Informazioni sull?autore: Nicole J. Sachs, LCSW, is a speaker, writer, psychotherapist, retreat leader, and podcaster who has dedicated her work and her practice to the treatment of chronic pain and conditions. She is the author of the book The Meaning of Truth and the online courses Freedom from Chronic Pain, Freedom From an Anxious Life, and The Sarno x Sachs Solution Practitioner training. Her brand, The Cure for Chronic Pain, includes a website, a podcast, a YouTube channel, and a newsletter. Sachs is on faculty at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in New York, and the Center for Living Retreat Center in North Carolina. She is one of a handful of direct disciples of Dr. John Sarno and has brought teaching, writing, podcasting, and social media together to reach a global multigenerational, audience. Her personal experience as well as her work with thousands of people around the world have shaped and evolved her theories, which serve to teach those suffering how to heal themselves completely without medication or surgery.
