Bernd Pappe is an expert in European portrait miniatures and a member of the board of the Tansey Miniatures Foundation. Juliane Schmieglitz-Otten is the director of the Residenzmuseum in Celle Palace and is a member of the board of the Tansey Miniatures Foundation.
