You have to admit that your life is not yet complete without the novelty of Southeast Asian flavors interacting with your heretofore desperately bored taste buds. While there is no guarantee that this particular set of recipes will cure all that ails you in your culinary wanderlusting, I can certainly guarantee that it will at minimum leave you perplexed and wanting more.

Cheryl Wheeler is an optimistic pessimist who loves traveling, cooking, and creating various forms of art. She is also a terrible editor. Cheryl spends her sleepless nights (and days) learning about new and different tastes to explore, identifying and eating wild plants, traipsing about in nature and pondering possible international travel destinations. She regularly hosts hands-on internationally themed cooking and dining parties for travel-enthusiasts and foodie folk. Cheryl also loves animals, photography, and down time. She grew up on the east coast of the US, lived in Thailand for five years and now resides in Seattle, Washington where she works in international education and is the proud parent of a hyper-cool teen.
