12-year-old Bram Murray has bounced around foster care his whole life. Sure, his peculiar habits always raised eyebrows, like staying up all night and eating only red-colored food. But Bram just thought he was different. He never imagined he was the world’s last living vampire—or that he was being hunted!

After escaping a werewolf ambush, Bram finds safety at the Van Helsing Academy for Supernatural Children—a secret school that trains monsters to become heroes. There, he finally finds a place he belongs, alongside a ghost girl, an invisible boy, and a kid who’s half-Bigfoot.

There’s just one problem—Bram and his new friends might be the worst heroes ever.

But they’d better figure it out fast because an evil organization is trying to resurrect the most dangerous monster of all time—Count Dracula! And if Bram and his friends can’t stop them, every human and monster on the planet is doomed.

Can Bram and his friends save the world—or will they unleash more Monster Problems?

Kids 8-12, reluctant readers, and adults will love this fast-paced series packed with mystery, monster mayhem, and laugh-out-loud humor.
