How do Americans bypass the increasingly dangerous influence of a sharp decline in individual and collective intellects? How does America regain intellectual and technological leadership on the world stage? Accomplished author and retired Brigadier General Hall unlocks the answers in his newest book.

Unwilling to watch the world - America, in particular - decrease its individual and collective intellects, Brigadier General Wayne Michael Hall's newest book presses decision makers to empower the human mind to outpace enemies and guide the wonders that technologies bring.

Rather than over-relying on AI and sophisticated machines that become increasingly human-like, Brigadier General Hall posits that humans must expand their individual and collective intellects to repulse the barrage of disinformation, misinformation, and deception that gushes from social media and news outlets at an alarming rate.

"It is with intellect-produced information and knowledge that enable humankind to make decisions, act, and adapt faster than one's adversaries," says Brigadier General Hall, "be they humankind or machines."

The book discusses, at length, a variety of workable methods and actions decision and policy makers can take to combat a growing neglect toward learning how to think at high-levels. They include:

-Changing how military school systems cultivate the human mind to learn how to think at sufficiently high-levels to outthink all enemies.

-Establishing true, dedicated thought leaders throughout military organizations.

-Understanding that the concept of "how to think" proves dynamic and continually evolving.

-Recognizing threats before they develop and strategizing ways to circumvent the potential danger they represent.

For fans of On War, The Art of War, War and Anti-War, and the Essays of Michel de Montaigne, Brigadier General Hall's most recent book will satisfy the need for a modern, well-researched, and thoughtful take on American military strategy accounting for the rise of machines such as AI and the abandonment of true, organic thought creation via how to think at high levels sufficient to stay ahead of both enemies and artificial intelligence.
