This only applies to orders placed directly with us. We accept payment by Visa,
Mastercard, or thru PayPal. Cheques and Money Orders are accepted only from
customers within Australia, and must be made payable to "N Smiles". All books
with dust jackets are fitted with removable Brodart dust jacket protector
sleeves. Paperbacks are stored in clear poly bags. All books are packed in a
suitable manner to ensure their arrival in the same condition as advertised.
Shipping by economy air unless requested otherwise. Our grading for Paperback
Books -

Very Fine (VF) - The paperback is just as it came off the press. It is perfect.
This condition is rarely seen.

Fine (FN) - The paperback is almost perfect. It has a crisp, bright, unfaded
cover. If there was original plastic lamination, it is still intact. The spine
is clean, square, and tight while the pages are almost entirely white. A slight
darkening due to age is acceptable, but otherwise the book is virtually a
perfect copy.

Near Fine (NF) - The paperback has very minor defects. The entire book is clean
and fresh, with no major signs of wear. There may be VERY slight fading of the
spine or cover, or perhaps VERY minor abrasion along the exterior extremities.
There is no owner inscription or other markings in the book.

Very Good Plus (VG+) - There may be evidence of slight wear. The book has
probably been carefully read once or twice with the result of a slight crease
along the edge of the cover near the spine. On the spine you will see minor
stress lines, but the binding is still tight. If there was original cover
lamination it may be slightly peeling at the corners. There may be slightly
faded edge staining. The pages are almost entirely white, but browning around
the edges is acceptable. The cover has no major creases or wrinkles, but very
slight color flaking or minor wear may be noticeable on the outer edges. The
paperback is a very good readable copy even with very MINOR indications of wear.
If there is an owner inscription or other marking in the book they will be noted
in the description.

Very Good (VG) - It has obviously been read, but the paperback remains a fairly
tight copy. There will be noticeable peeling in spots of plastic lamination (if
present), and there are slight creases in the cover. While the pages are fairly
fresh, there may be some browning. Several readings have bent the spine, but it
is not torn or broken. Minor wear spots, chipping, and abrasion are noticeable
and the cover sheen and gloss have faded. Tape repairs or tears in the spine are
NOT acceptable, but there may be very minor splits in the spine at the very top
or bottom.

Good (GD) - This is your average used paperback. There are creases and bends in
the faded cover. The book is complete with no missing pages and no piece of the
cover is missing. The spine could be rolled or loose, and could possibly be
splitting on either end, but is still intact. Some pages may have minor tears
and although the copy has been read several times, it is holding together quite
well.

Fair (FR) - This paperback may be soiled and has been heavily read, but it
remains complete and readable. The spine is probably rolled, and it is
likely that the cover and/or pages have tears. Damage from stains or the
elements may be present making this a reading copy only.

Poor (PR) - Very heavily worn, soiled, and damaged, but text complete.

Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui

tu acquisisci, o un terzo designato diverso dal vettore e da te acquisisce, il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o l'ultimo lotto o pezzo.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, sei tenuto a informare N & A Smiles, 120 Massingham Street, (Great Eastern Highway), 6410, Kellerberrin, Australia, +61 0890455614, della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto tramite una dichiarazione esplicita (ad esempio lettera inviata per posta, fax o posta elettronica). A tal fine puoi utilizzare il modulo tipo di recesso, ma non e' obbligatorio. Puoi anche compilare e inviare elettronicamente il modulo tipo di recesso o qualsiasi altra esplicita dichiarazione sul nostro sito web, dalla sezione "Ordini" nel "Mio Account". Nel caso scegliessi questa opzione, ti trasmetteremo senza indugio una conferma di ricevimento su un supporto durevole (ad esempio per posta elettronica).

Per rispettare il termine di recesso, é sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso.

Effetti del recesso

Se recedi dal presente contratto, ti saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti che hai effettuato a nostro favore, compresi i costi di consegna (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di consegna diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto). Potremo trattenere dal rimborso le somme derivanti da una diminuzione del valore del prodotto risultante da una tua non necessaria manipolazione.

I rimborsi verranno effettuati senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui siamo stati informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.

Detti rimborsi saranno effettuati utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente convenuto altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso. Il rimborso può essere sospeso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino all'avvenuta dimostrazione da parte tua di aver rispedito i beni, se precedente.

Ti preghiamo di rispedire i beni o di consegnarli a N & A Smiles, 120 Massingham Street, (Great Eastern Highway), 6410, Kellerberrin, Australia, +61 0890455614, senza indebiti ritardi e in ogni caso entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui hai comunicato il tuo recesso dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione del bene diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni.

Eccezioni al diritto di recesso

Il diritto di recesso non si applica in caso di:

1. fornitura di giornali, periodici e riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento per la fornitura di tali pubblicazioni;
2. fornitura di contenuto digitale (inclusi applicazioni, MP3, ecc.) mediante un supporto non materiale (per esempio un CD o un DVD) se al momento dell'inoltro dell'ordine hai espressamente consentito all'inizio dell'esecuzione accettando la perdita del diritto di recesso in conseguenza dell'inizio di esecuzione.
