Netting Citizens is a religious, social and political reflection on the place of information technology in the political and religious life of the country. The book is the result of a conference on 'Netting Citizens' held by the Centre for Theology and Public Issues and comprises 13 essays and lectures which were either delivered at the conference or were developed as a result of the issues addressed at the conference.
