He developed New Agreements Onsite and Online Tools Courses for Leaders and Managers that, when applied, significantly improve company performance. Importantly, the use of 7 New Agreements Tools for leaders and managers actually grows good and even great leaders and managers. The Tools are transformational in almost any business.
