There are many new technical details on position rifle shooting, with numerous photographs, that are applicable to any target rifle activity where standing, kneeling or prone position shooting is done. The book has chapters on sports vision, practical sport psychology for shooters, training and coaching that also make it a valuable tool for all target shooters, rifle, highpower rifle, pistol, clay target, action or silhouette.
