Non-destructive testing and evaluation designs by the acoustic methods | Quality - reliability - safety | Victor Murashov | Taschenbuch | 176 S. | Englisch | 2017 | LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing | EAN 9783330071551 | Verantwortliche Person für die EU: preigu GmbH & Co. The overview of acoustic methods of quality control of products from polymeric composite materials (PCM) is provided. It is shown that for ensuring high reliability of designs of responsible assignment application, both defektoskopiya methods, and nondestructive methods of definition of structure and the PCM physical and mechanical properties is reasonable. Types of defects of details from PCM and multilayer glued constructions are shown. Operation capabilities of traditionally applied ultrasonic methods are considered: through transmission, reflection, reverberation and resonance methods. Merits and demerits of special low-frequency acoustic methods are considered also: MIA, velocimetric, free vibrations, acoustic-topographic and acoustic emission. It is reported about features of temporary and phase ways of velocimetric method and the factors limiting sensitivity of control with this method. Physical the bases of acoustic method of free vibrations are covered at identification of zones of violation of connections between elements of multilayer constructions. Diagnostics methods, allowing to define structure and the PCM physical and mechanical properties are considered.
