F. Robert Jacobs is Chase Faculty Fellow Professor of Operations Management at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering as well as Computer and Information Science, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Operations Management all from The Ohio State University.

Richard B. Chase is Justin B. Dart Professor of Operations Management at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Management, as well as an MBA and B.S. from UCLA

Jaydeep Balakrishnan is Professor of Operations Management at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. He completed his doctorate in Operations Management from Indiana University. Prior to this he obtained an MBA at the University of Georgia, and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur University, India. Dr. Balakrishnan is certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS-The Association for Operations Management
