Dr. Abdelkhalek Chellakhi received a bachelor's degree in physics in 2013 and a Magister degree in instrumentation, network and renewable energies from the Faculty of Sciences, University of Chouaib Doukkali, El Jadida, Morocco in 2018. He earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Laboratory of Engineering Sciences for Energy (LabSIP), National School of Applied Sciences of El Jadida (ENSAJ), Morocco in 2022. He is currently a visiting professor at the Department of Industrial Sciences and Technologies (STIN) at the National School of Applied Sciences of El Jadida, Chouaïb Doukkali University El Jadida-Morocco. He serves as a reviewer for over 26 international journals, including prestigious publications such as IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Energy Conversion and Management, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Applied Soft Computing, Heliyon, Energies, Scientific Reports, Results in Engineering, Energy Storage, Electrical Engineering, Technology and Economics of Smart Grids and Sustainable Energy, Journal of Advanced Research in Applied Sciences and Engineering Technology, Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control, and Electronics Letters. To date, he has completed over 100 scientific reviews. Dr. Chellakhi has authored over 23 esteemed publications and holds a patent for an invention. His current research interests include the optimization of solar PV energy systems using maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithms, nonlinear control, power electronics, optimization algorithms, energy conversion, and wind energy systems. He specializes in the modeling, simulation, and control of PV systems using MATLAB/Simulink, Proteus, and PSIM environments.
