An excellent book that is informative. The activities and case studies, etc. are useful for professionals to work through both for revision and to further develop knowledge and skills. The chapters are clear and the sub-headings are helpful. Links to other resources and websites can help students to gain additional information and further enhance their knowledge and skills.
