Something has been done to the American body. Done deliberately, through documented institutional mechanisms, over the course of a century. PHARMED is the evidentiary record of what it was, who did it, and why the mainstream account of medicine, food, and public health cannot explain the consistency of what the record shows.
The book opens in 1904, with the Carnegie and Rockefeller funding that established the eugenics movement's institutional infrastructure - and with the idea those institutions funded: that some human beings are raw material to be managed in the service of institutional goals. That idea became American law in *Buck v. Bell* (1927), which has never been overturned. Everything that followed was built on it.
From that foundation, PHARMED documents the systematic capture of every institution built to protect the public from what was coming: the Flexner Report's restructuring of American medicine in favor of pharmaceutical dependence; Operation Paperclip's transfer of the experimental ideology into the American research apparatus; the CIA's MKUltra program and the Tuskegee syphilis study, which together prove the assault required no foreign import - it was native; the COINTELPRO suppression architecture that neutralized the communities most directly harmed; the regulatory revolving door at the FDA, CDC, and USDA; the seed monopolies and chemical agriculture built on suppressed safety data; the childhood vaccine schedule's removal of manufacturer liability; the Epstein network's function as an institutional enforcement mechanism; and the Covid-era hospital protocols - the financial incentives, the mandated treatments, the suppression of early care, the removal of family advocates - that converted the healing institution into an instrument of the response framework.
The final section documents the 2020 demonstration: the global coordination mechanism, the DARPA-funded platform technology, the organized suppression of the origins question, and the private channels specifically designed to leave no record. Numbers 32:23 placed at the close of that chapter: *Be sure your sin will find you out.* It did.
Drawing entirely on primary sources - congressional testimony under oath, FOIA-released documents, peer-reviewed scientific literature, federal audit findings, and the published statements of the principals themselves - S R Arnold assembles the century-long case that John 10:10 is not metaphor.
