This document addresses the issue of persecution and death in the People's Republic of China, with respect to Falun Dafa or Falun Gong practitioners, a thousand-year-old discipline practiced since 1992 not only on Chinese territory but in many countries of the world, reaching a figure of more than 100 million followers in China and 30 million in other countries. The drastic persecutions of the Chinese governments against the followers of these practices, determined innumerable denunciations of many countries, oenegés and international organisms against this bloody repression and ablation of organs for transplants of Chinese citizens and foreigners, on the bodies of people who practiced the Falun Gong and that still today persists in China. Because of the gravity and internationalization of the act, all criminal behaviour committed against Falun Gong practitioners constitutes an international crime, thus violating the principles of universal justice.
