It was hypothesized that 'there is no significant relationship between Procurement performance and operational efficiency of the Ministry of Water and Environment, Kampala Capital City, Uganda.' Data was gathered using systematic random sampling technique from 66 trace the dealers are under the Ministry of Water & Environment respondents using a self-administered questionnaire.
