Includes the following items: Falcon 4220-0001 scanner/PDA; charging dock w/ power supply & some mounting pieces; extra battery & battery cover; Ambicom 56K CF Modem w/ documentation; Quick Reference Guide; 2 software CDs; USB power cable; USB connection cable; microphone / headset ; handstrap; car charger; 256 MB SD card (installed). This was my old MBS textbook scanner. I haven't used it in years. After charging it up a bit, it powered on just fine -- you can just press ok a few times to reinstall some CAB files, this will happen every hard boot-up unless you can remove them for future boot-ups. HOWEVER, whenever you press the power button, it turns off the machine and the only way to turn it back on is to do a HARD RESET. (Please see manual for instructions.) Other issues: rubber keys are worn, with some now lacking any markings on top; scanner glass has a crack but it didn't seem to affect scanning any; unit has some additional wear/tape residue on rear, where I taped down the handstrap plate because it is cracked at the corners and can't be screwed in. The stylus is not OEM, it's a replacement I found and white it fits in the slot pretty well, it's a wee bit loose so can come out if you aren't careful. The USB cables and headset/mic are new, I never used them, or the discs for that matter. At this point, I don't know how much charge the batteries hold, they were working well last time I used the unit (years ago). Dock, power adapters, and modem are in very good to excellent condition. Overall, good for parts, to be repaired, or used as-is despite issues w/ the power button. Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).
Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.
Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.
Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.
Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a Silicon Valley Fine Books, Sunnyvale, California, U.S.A., +1 408-774-9507, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:

Condizioni di spedizione
DOMESTIC POSTAGE: $3.99 for ALL media items (books, CDs, DVDs, software, etc.) no matter the weight. Priority Mail may run more than the rate quoted for items that cannot fit in the flat-rate envelope, especially if shipping a long way from California; in that case, we will contact you after your order with the exact shipping. Domestic postage includes free delivery confirmation (tracking).
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: Rates show are for "normal" sized items. Heavier books may run more, lighter books may run less. The slower option is for economy mail (untracked); the faster option for First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. After your order, we will contact you with the exact shipping options depending on the item's packaged weight.
We may also need to adjust the postage on multiple book orders; frequently, this will be in your favor!
