Stephanie J. Phelps, PharmD, FCCP, BCPS
Dr. Phelps is Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Pediatrics at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, TN. She is also Vice-Chair of Professional Programs for the Department of Clinical Pharmacy. Certified by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties in Pharmacotherapy, Dr. Phelps is a fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) and the American Pharmacists Association (APhA). She is an active member of The Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group (PPAG) and is editor of their official publication The Journal of Pediatric Pharmacology and Therapeutics.
Emily B. Hak, PharmD, FCCP, BCPS
Dr. Hak is Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and an Associated Professor of Pediatrics and Pharmacology at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis. Dr. Hak is a fellow of the ACCP and Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties certified in Nutrition Support and Pharmacotherapy. She is a member of the AQCCP, the PPAG, ASHP, the Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA), the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), and the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN).

Catherine M. Crill, Pharm.D, BCPS

Dr. Crill is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis. She is certified by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties in Pharmacotherapy and Nutrition Support and is a member of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, ACCP, ASHP, PPAG, ASPEN, and TPA.
