PhilosoFelines Twinkle and Mango Rescue Endangered Whales is the second exciting installment of the PhilosoAnimals series, the brainchild of Christopher Phillips, PhD. While his first story in this series - Finnegan the PhilosoFish Fights Global Warming -- was inspired by his love of fish, this latest work springs from his beloved late cats, Mousey and Mango, and two of his family's resident felines Amira and Twinkle, Phillips invites readers into an adventure that combines the mysteries and wonders of gray whales with philosophical inquiry that is as timely as it is timeless -- and that provides daring solutions to protect these magnificent sea mammals. And so, as with his inaugural book in this series, PhilosFelines Twinkle and Mango Rescue Great Whales, this tale also aims to demonstrate that exploration of a foundational, timeless philosophical question can lead to direct, timely action that helps enlighten and tackle a real-world problem.
