Contains forms for real estate, estate, and other financial transactions, as well as petitions, with sample text and a few with explanatory notes. Former owner's name on front free endpaper; note dated 1840 and related to Mitchel & Co. on back blank leaf preceding endpapers. In Good Condition: cover is heavily rubbed, with loss of leather at ends of spine; title page is stained; scattered soiling and foxing throughout.
