Informazioni sull’autore
Roumen Kountchev is a professor at the Technical University of Sofia. He got his PhD degree at the Institute of Telecommunications at Sankt-Petersburg, Russia and defended his dissertation for Doctor of Sciences at TU-Sofia. His scientific areas of interest are: digital signal and image processing, image compression, multimedia watermarking, video communications, pattern recognition and neural networks. Prof. R. Kountchev has 342 papers published in magazines and conference proceedings, and also: 30 books (20 published by Springer-Verlag, Germany); 50 book chapters and 20 patents (3 US). He had been principle investigator of 38 research projects. At present he is a member of Euro Mediterranean Academy of Arts and Sciences (EMAAS) and President of Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition (member of IAPR). Editorial board member of: Intern. Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems; Intern. Journal Broad Research in Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience; KES Focus Group on Intelligent Decision Technologies; Egyptian Computer Science Journal; Intern. Journal of Bio-Medical Informatics and e-Health, and Intern. Journal Intelligent Decision Technologies. He has been a plenary speaker in many international scientific conferences and workshops.
Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is presently working as director of Interscience Institute of Management & Technology, Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised 32 Ph. D. Theses and more than 60 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published more than 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 3 text books and more than 100 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, ACM, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, SPIE, IOS Press and others. Dr. Patnaik is the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published by Inderscience Publishing House, England and also Editor-in-chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published by Springer, Germany. He is the Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering, published by Korean Institute of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering. Prof. Patnaik is a Guest Professor to Hunan University of Finance and Economics, Changsha and Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, China and visiting professors to some of the B-Schools of Europe and South East Asia. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited various countries such as Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Algeria, Thailand and Vietnam for delivering Key note addresses at various conferences and symposiums.Kazumi Nakamatsu received the Ms. Eng. and Dr. Sci. from Shizuoka University and Kyushu University, Japan, respectively. His research interests encompass various kinds of logic and their applications to Computer Science, especially paraconsistent annotated logic programs and their applications. He has developed some paraconsistent annotated logic programs called ALPSN (Annotated Logic Program with Strong Negation), VALPSN(Vector ALPSN), EVALPSN(Extended VALPSN) and bf-EVALPSN (before-after EVALPSN) recently, and applied them to various intelligent systems such as a safety verification based railway interlocking control system and process order control. He is an author of over 180 papers and 30 book chapters, and 20 edited books published by prominent publishers. Kazumi Nakamatsu has chaired various international conferences, workshops and invited sessions, and he has been a member of numerous international program committees of workshops and conferences in the area of Computer Science. He has served as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems(IJRIS), he is now the founding editor of IJRIS, and an editorial board member of many international journals. He has contributed numerous invited lectures at international workshops, conferences, and academic organizations. He also is a recipient of numerous research paper awards.
Roumiana Kountcheva got her PhD at TU-Sofia, and became senior researcher in 1993. She is the Vice president of TK Engineering, Sofia and participates in R&D scientific projects of the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. Her scientific interests are in image processing, image compression, digital watermarking, image tensor representation, CNCs, programmable controllers. She has more than 190 scientific publications and 5 patents and participated in 49 scientific research projects. R. Kountcheva is a member of Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR); International Research Institute for Economics and Management (IRIEM); Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI); Honorary Member of the Honorable Editorial Board of the nonprofit peer reviewed open access IJBST Journal Group, etc. Reviewer of WSEAS, NAUN, etc. She presented her research achievements in more 21 plenary speeches at international conferences and other scientific events and edited several books published in Springer SIST series.

Diritto legale di recesso
Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).
Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.
Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.
Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.
Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a AHA-BUCH GmbH, Einbeck, Germany, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.
Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
- La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.
