Rhian Evans Allvin currently serves as the Executive Director of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Rhian formerly served as CEO of First Things First, Arizona&;s ballot initiative to advance early childhood policy and quality across the state. Throughout her career she has served as a tireless advocate for children including leadership roles with Brecon Group, the Arizona Community Foundation, Libraries for the Future, and Children&;s Action Alliance. She currently resides in Falls Church, Virginia with her husband and three young children.
