406p. A red gilt cloth hardcover book in good condition. A few very faint spots on the cover. Old inscription inside front cover and stamp on top and bottom foredges. Scattered pencil marks in the margins, but most pages clean. The binding is tight. A history of the Salt Lake Theatre in Utah, built in 1862 with the endorsement of Brigham Young. It was demolished in 1928. Illustrated with numerous black and white plates.

Shipping within the USA:
Priority shipping is $10.50 for delivery by either UPS or Priority Mail. Delivery is within 2-6 business days and includes tracking and insurance. Economy shipping is $5.50 for delivery bu US Media Mail with delivery confirmation. Our shipping prices may be higher than others but consider that all items are carefully wrapped in bubblewrap, cushioning material, and secure packaging - you won't receive a book dropped into a plain paper envelope! Items are shipped daily, usualy within 24 hours of receipt of order. Customers with special shipping/handling requests and directions should chose our regular shipping.
Orders of multi-volume sets and unusually heavy books may incur additional charges. You will be notified before the order is processed.
Sales tax of 7.0% is added to shipments within Ohio.
Shipping costs for orders outside the USA vary by country and weight.
