Paperback. Ragnar - The Wolf At The Door Book 3 of the Ragnar seriesThe war is over. The family is bigger than Ragnar ever thought he'd get to keep, and for the first time in his life the future looks less like a fight and more like a place to actually live. There's even a child coming - one that everything about his history says should have been impossible. That's the problem.Something ancient has noticed. It doesn't have a real name, though every people who ever lived near it gave it one anyway: a bound wolf, a serpent that circles the world, a devouring dark under the mountain. It doesn't want blood or territory. It wants certainty - the comfort of a story with an ending already written, one where nothing gets to surprise it. And an heir nobody predicted is exactly the kind of unwritten line a thing like that cannot allow to stand. As armies start moving that shouldn't be marching, and old warnings surface forty years too late, Ragnar has to figure out how to fight something that already knows how every fight ends - and whether the one thing his family has that no prophecy accounted for is enough to rewrite the story before it closes for good. He's still got the axe. This time, he's got a lot more to lose. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.…

Book 3 of the Ragnar series
The war is over. The family is bigger than Ragnar ever thought he'd get to keep, and for the first time in his life the future looks less like a fight and more like a place to actually live. There's even a child coming - one that everything about his history says should have been impossible.
That's the problem.
Something ancient has noticed.
