There is also a hardback edition and a modern reprint. 256pp covering various railway topics, serious and not so serious, including such gems as item 108, "Mal de Train, People who find it necessary to vomit whilst in a railway carriage should discreetly use their hats; this would come naturally to anyone properly brought up." (from a letter in Picture Post, 1952.). Amusing and entertaining to have and dip into it from time to time. The matt card covers are grubby and the spine is stained. A15mm split between the front cover and the spine at the foot. Previous owner's name and address on the flyleaf. Contents clean. , Book weighs 212g.
