Informazioni sull?autore: Karen Cadiero-Kaplan is an associate professor at San Diego State University in the Department of Policy Studies in Language and Cross Cultural Education, where she serves as coordinator and advisor for the department’s Master of Arts Program in Curriculum Development for Social Justice. Dr. Cadiero-Kaplan is also a former president of the California Association of Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (CATESOL) and a member of the Bilingual Design Team for the California Commission on Teaching Credentialing. Her books include Bilingual Education and the Literacy Curriculum and The Living Work of Teachers: Ideology and Practice.
