Molesworth pronounces upon an 1854 proclamation regarding naval prizes: in the case of prizes taken by any vessel under British command, the flag officer or officers would have a 1-20th part of the net proceeds. Sir William Molesworth [1810-1855], a radical English politician, was a Member of Parliament from 1832-1855.
