By Pastor Shane Vaughn

What if the Sabbath was never meant to be a burden—but a blessing?

In this powerful and prophetic booklet, Pastor Shane Vaughn, founder of First Harvest Ministries International, brings a bold and Spirit-led defense of the seventh-day Sabbath—not as a Jewish relic, but as an eternal gift from Yahweh Himself. With clarity and conviction, he dismantles Pharisaical burdens and restores the joy, intent, and simplicity of Sabbath observance.

This is not a theological debate—it is a divine declaration. Written with the same Spirit that rested upon Elijah to "restore all things," this book unveils the Sabbath as Yahweh originally intended: a holy convocation and a day of rest, free from man-made rules and denominational confusion.

Whether you're new to Sabbath keeping or seeking clarity in a world of competing doctrines, this booklet will realign your heart with the rhythm of creation itself. It is the official position of First Harvest Ministries International and a call to return to the ancient paths with modern understanding.

• Why the Sabbath predates Moses, Israel, and the Torah Scroll

• How well-meaning believers often distort the day of rest

• What it means to keep the Sabbath in Spirit and in Truth

• Why unity, not uniformity, is the fruit of true Sabbath living

Lay down your burden. Pick up the blessing. Return to the rest.
