192 p. 22 cm. Sound and square binding in cloth-covered boards. Appears lightly, if ever, read. Minor wear. Top edge has a section that is a little rough due to mis-trimming. Inside there is a library stamp and number on the front free endpaper, but this is the only sign of being ex-library. Otherwise, inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Dustjacket spine is faded. There are some tears and wear to the edges, moreso at corners and spine ends. It is clipped at both fore corners of the front flap. A young adult biography of Roy Chapman Andrews, former director of the American Museum of Natural History. Andrews is known as the author of many children's and YA books pertaining to science, including some in the All About series. A scarce copy.
