Informazioni sull'autore: I am a Child & Youth Worker (CYW) and have been since 2006. I graduated from the diploma program at George Brown College with honours. In the classroom, I teach Behaviour Management through Life Skills & Social Skills programming. I create individual goals, as well as classroom goals to facilitate classroom management. This assessment helps me to aid the students with self-awareness and self-regulation practices when triggered. Being in a position to have worked in a home-based setting provides me with insight into the role of guardian and the many diverse backgrounds of the students I meet.
