L'autore: Murray A. Katz, M.D. was Professor Emeritus of Medicine and Physiology at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine; and Director of Research at the Southern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care System. He had written poetry for almost fifty years, since before he was a medical student at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland. On November 17, 2008, one week after this manuscript was submitted, Murray Katz died.
