1974. No Edition Remarks. 147 pages. No dust jacket, Folio edition with slipcase. Illustrated cloth covered boards with gilt. Includes a cream slipcase. Contains black and white photos. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Moderate tanning to spine.
