Paperback. "The Shifting Lens" is presented as the second part of a journey that began with "The Ripple Effect," a book about small habits and big changes. While "The Ripple Effect" focused on gradual growth, "The Shifting Lens" tackles how to deal with life's sudden and difficult changes. The book grew out of the author's own experiences with tough times like heartbreak and uncertainty. The author realized that when life throws major curve-balls, just relying on small habits isn't enough; you also need to change how you see the world."The Shifting Lens" aims to help readers learn how to perceive and understand their experiences in new ways. It's written in a way that acknowledges the pain and confusion that come with big life changes. The book suggests that by changing our perspective, we can find strength and even opportunity in difficult situations. It's described as a guide to not only getting through tough times, but also coming out of them with more wisdom and a stronger sense of purpose. In essence, "The Shifting Lens" is about how people can use their minds to find positivity and success, even after experiencing major challenges.
