Su questo libro:

All the TV and radio talk shows that have adopted the subject of psychology as a staple are really only dealing with one side of that science - the clinical, or "healing," side. In her enormously intriguing book, Dr. Denise Cummins introduces us to the other side of the science of psychology - the study of the healthy mind and its powers.

L'autore: Dr. Denise Dellarosa Cummins is Adjunct Professor of Psychology and Philosophy at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.  Her research interests include reasoning and decision-making from evolutionary, comparative, and developmental perspectives.  She is the author of Good Thinking: Seven Powerful Ideas That Influence The Way We Think, and co-editor of Mind, Brains, & Computers and The Evolution of Mind.  In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, horseback riding, and watching vintage movies with her husband and daughters.
