First published in Germany in 1935, a revised edition appeared in 1958 with this third revised and enlarged edition 1970. This edition translated from the German by George Unwin. This an ex-library copy. 613 pages including bibliography, index of scrips, names and subject index, b/w photos drawings, diagrams, scripts, tables etc. throughout .
