Riassunto:
In order to comprehend the vastness and depth of theuniverse in which we are an expression, it is essential to understand thenature of awareness itself.¿ Awarenessturns out to be a singularity of inseparable distinctions: any aspect of theuniverse as content to any perceiving being as a context of awareness, whiledistinct, is not separable from its context, and while inseparable, is notindistinctly of one nature with its context.¿Now both contemporary physics and mystical theology reveal essential singularitiesand both thrive and develop by various forms of paradox, although expressed indifferent forms.¿ It is the author'scontention that both of these singularities are expressions of the rootsingularity of awareness itself, meaning that all subjective-spiritual statesand objective space-time modalities are interwoven in a nonlinear and nonlocalway, revealing a vast and awesome multidimensional universe that is fardifferent from bringing science and religion together as two individuallydeveloped disciplines sharing some common ground.¿ What is required and here presented is an intrinsic dynamic ofawareness revealing far ranging levels of singularity through methodologycalled here a "triune monadology" based on a logic of paradox.
L'autore:
Dr. Michael Kosok has pursued many venues such as mathematics, physics, philosophy, metaphysics and religion in his constant search for "the origin and meaning of the universe" being driven by the perpetual question of "what's it all about and Why?" He has taught physics for nearly 40 years at Fairleigh Dickinson University, during which time he earned a Ph.D. in Physics/Philosophy at Columbia University. He has given numerous lectures throughout the U.S. and abroad in science, philosophy (particularly the Logic of Hegel), metaphysics and interdisciplinary investigations for the AAAS; taught mini-courses on these related topics, and written many articles in the above mentioned fields. The book on the Singularity of Awareness gives a singular orientation to fields ranging from religion to physics based on the root paradoxical nature of awareness itself.Dr. Michael Kosok can be reached by email at: michaelkosok@yahoo.com.
