Informazioni sull’autore
Dr. Millie Pant is an associate professor in the Department of Paper Technology, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) in India. A well-known figure in the field of swarm intelligence and evolutionary algorithms, she has published several research papers in respected national and international journals.
Dr. Kanad Ray is a professor of Physics at the Department of Physics at the Amity School of Applied Sciences, Amity University Rajasthan (AUR), Jaipur. In an academic career spanning over 19 years, he has published and presented research papers in several national and international journals and conferences in India and abroad. He has authored a book on the Electromagnetic Field Theory. Dr Rays current research areas of interest include cognition, communication, electromagnetic field theory, antenna & wave propagation, microwave, computational biology, and applied physics.
Dr. Tarun Kumar Sharma has a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence as well as MCA and MBA degrees, and is currently associated with the Amity University Rajasthan (AUR) in Jaipur. His research interests encompass swarm intelligence, nature-inspired algorithms and their applications in software engineering, inventory systems, and image processing. He has published more than 60 research papers in international journals and conferences. He has over 13 years of teaching experience and has also been involved in organizing international conferences. He is a certified internal auditor and a member of the Machine Intelligence Research (MIR) Labs, WA, USA and Soft Computing Research Society, India.
Dr. Sanyog Rawat is presently associated with the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, SEEC, Manipal University Jaipur, Jaipur, India. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication, an M.Tech in Microwave Engineering and Ph.D. in Planar Antennas. Dr. Rawat has been involved in organizing various workshops on LabVIEW and antenna designs and simulations using FEKO. He has taught various subjects, including electrical science, circuits & system, communication system, microprocessor systems, microwave devices, antenna theory & design, advanced microwave engineering and digital circuits.
Dr. Anirban Bandyopadhyay is a Senior Scientist in the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Tsukuba, Japan. Ph.D. from Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS), Kolkata 2005, on supramolecular electronics. During 20052008 selected as Independent Researcher, ICYS Research Fellow in the International Center for Young Scientists (ICYS), NIMS, Japan, he worked on brain-like bio-processor building. In 2007, he started as permanent Scientist in NIMS, working on the cavity resonator model of human brain and brainlike organic jelly. During 20132014 he was a visiting professor in Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. He has received many honors such as Hitachi Science and Technology award 2010, Inamori Foundation award 20112012, Kurata Foundation Award, Inamori Foundation Fellow (2011-), Sewa Society International member, Japan etc.
Geometric phase space model of a human brain argues to replace Turing tape with a fractome tape, and built a new geometric-musical language which is made to operate that tape. Built prime metric has to replace space-time metric. Designed and built multiple machines and technologies include: (1) angstrom probe for neuron signals, (2) dielectric imaging of neuron firing, (3) single protein and its complex structures resonant imaging, and (4) fourth circuit element Hinductor. A new frequency fractal model is built to represent biological machines. Diritto legale di recesso
Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).
Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.
Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.
Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.
Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a AHA-BUCH GmbH, Einbeck, Germany, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.
Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
- La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.
