Rajesh Kumar received the Bachelor of Technology in Engineering degree with honours in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India in 1994, Master of Engineering with honours in Power Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India in 1997 and Ph.D. degree in Intelligent Systems from Department of Electrical Engineering, Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MREC, University of Rajasthan), India in 2005. He is currently Professor of Artificial Intelligence at Department of Human Anatomy and Physiology, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Johannesburg, South Africa and Professor at Department of Electrical Engineering at Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India. His background is in the fields of Computational Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Systems, Robotics and Healthcare.

Ajit Kumar Verma is a Professor (Technical Safety), Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Haugesund, and has been in Norway since 2012. He was a Professor /Senior (HAG) scale Professor for around 15 years at IIT Bombay with the Reliability Engineering/Department of Electrical Engg. He was an adjunct at the University of Stavanger, Norway and has been a Guest Professor at the Lule� University of Technology for the past several years. He was awarded (2017) Honorary Professor at Amity University, India and also a Life Time Achievement awards at IIT Madras by SRESA and also recently at Kurukshetra University in 2024. He has supervised/co-supervised 40 PhDs and over 100 Masters theses( IIT Bombay, India; HVL, Norway; Univ. of G�vle, Sweden; LJM Univ, UK; WMG, Warwick Univ, UK) in the area of Electronic Systems Reliability, Software Reliability, Power Systems Reliability, Soft Computing in RAMS for Complex Engineering Systems and Probabilistic Safety/Risk Assessment in power plants and Computational Intelligence Applications in multiple domains. He has executed various research projects in India to promote industry interface and has been course co-ordinator for industry CEPs like Reliability engineering, Six Sigma, Software Inspections, Competency Tracking System and Software Reliability for IT industries. He has jointly edited a dozen books published by Springer and has jointly authored 8 books. He has over 250 publications in various journals and conferences. Springer has published a book in 2020 to honour him for his research contributions. He has served as a Guest Editor of over a dozen Special Issues of various journals including IEEE Transactions besides being the patron and founding editor/editor in chief in various journals. He has been a Patron/General Chair/ Conference Chair of various International Conferences.

Om Prakash Verma is presently associated with Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, Punjab, India since January 2018 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering. He has almost 11 years of teaching experience. He did his Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee, M. Tech. from Dr. B R Ambedkar NIT Jalandhar and B.E. from Dr. B R Ambedkar University Agra. He is presently working on ISRO Sponsored Project as a PI. He has published more than 30 research papers in SCI/Scopus/ESI indexed Journals. He has recently published a paper in Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, (IF: 12.110). He has guided 4 M. Tech. students and supervising 6 PhD Students.

Jitendra Rajpurohit, a PhD in Nature Inspired Computing has over 15 years of experience in academics and research. He has been associated with many reputed institutions in the past. Currently, he is serving as an Associate Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune. He has published more than 30 research articles in indexed journals and reputed conferences.

Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.

Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).

Per rispettare il termine di recesso, � sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.

Effetti del recesso

In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).

Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.

Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.

Il rimborso sar� effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.

Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finch� non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finch� non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.

Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a Basi6 International, Irving, Texas, U.S.A., senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volont� di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine � rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.

Eccezioni al diritto di recesso

Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:

La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.
