Ellen Gottesdiener, Principal Consultant and Founder of EBG Consulting, helps business and technical teams build a shared understanding of product needs so that they deliver value at the right time. Ellen is an internationally recognized trainer, facilitator, speaker, and agile coach. She is an expert on agile and traditional requirements, product chartering, retrospectives, and collaborative requirements development.
Her first book, Requirements by Collaboration: Workshops for Defining Needs describes how to use multiple models to elicit requirements in collaborative workshops. Her second book, The Software Requirements Memory Jogger is the "go-to" industry guide for requirements good practices.
