Informazioni sull’autore
Gian Luigi Canata, MD, has been Director of the Center of Sports Traumatology and Arthroscopic Surgery at Koelliker Hospital, Turin, Italy since 1995. Dr. Canata was a member of the Medical Commission of the Italian Track and Field Federation (FIDAL) from 1980 to 2016 and has been Director of Medical Services and a member of the Board of Directors of the Centro Universitario Sportivo (CUS) for over 35 years. His previous academic positions include Professor of Sports Medicine at Scuola Universitaria in Scienze Motorie (200112) and Professor of Kinesiology at Istituto Superiore di Educazione Fisica (19892001). Dr. Canata has been a member of ISAKOS since 1995 and is a member of the ISAKOS Leg, Ankle, and Foot Committee. He was President of the SIGASCOT Sports Committee from 2012 to 2016. He has authored almost 120 articles in peer-reviewed journals and is co-editor of the Springer books Cartilage Lesions of the Ankle and Muscle and Tendon Injuries.
Pieter dHooghe, MD, MSc, MBA, PhD, specializes in the arthroscopic surgery of hip, knee, ankle and foot and currently works in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Aspetar Hospital in Doha, Qatar. He has a Master in Sports medicine, a Master in Tropical Medicine and an MBA in Leadership & Sports management. Prior to working in Aspetar Hospital, Dr. dHooghe spent 17 years as the team physician/surgeon of FC Club Bruges in Belgium. As chairman of the ISAKOS Leg, Ankle and Foot Committee, he heads an international group of experts in the field. He is the author of 5 books and holds numerous peer-reviewed publications and he is also involved in research, education and delivering lectures worldwide as Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Weill Cornell University.
Kenneth J. Hunt, MD, is Associate Professor and Chief, Foot and Ankle Surgery in the Department of Orthopedics, University of Colorado School of Medicine, Aurora, CO, USA. He was previously Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford University and Director of the Stanford/Palo Alto Foot & Ankle Fellowship. Dr. Hunt is Deputy Chair of the ISAKOS Leg, Ankle, and Foot Committee. He also chairs the Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Research Network (OFAR) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern California Orthopaedic Society. Dr. Hunt is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is an Associate Editor of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and a reviewer for various leading journals, including the American Journal of Sports Medicine and the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
Umile Giuseppe Longo, MD, PhD, is Associate Professor and Consultant in Orthopedic and Trauma Surgery in the Department of Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery, University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome, Italy. Prof Longo graduated in Medicine and Surgery from University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome in 2004 and was awarded his Diploma as a Specialist in Orthopaedics in 2009. He holds a doctorate from the University of Utrecht (The Netherlands). He is an editorial board member for various journals, and has been Section Editor of BioMed Central Musculoskeletal Disorders since 2010. Prof. Longo has been the recipient of many international awards and traveling fellowship.
Gino Kerkhoffs, MD, PhD, is Professor and Chair of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery of the Amsterdam University Medical Centers. Professor Kerkhoffs is also Chair of the Academic Center for Evidence based Sports medicine (ACES) and co-Chair of the Amsterdam Collaboration for Health and Safety in Sports (ACHSS), official International Olympic Committee (IOC) Research Center. His clinical practice is dominated by sports traumatology of the lower extremity with special emphasis on ankle and muscle injuries.

Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).
Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.
Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.
Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.
Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a Buchpark, Trebbin, Germany, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.
Eccezioni al diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:
- La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
- La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.
