Are you an individual who is on a path to realizing your purpose in life and your gifts to the world? Are you wondering what is stopping you from stepping into who you know yourself to be? Do you want to know your life has meaning and made a difference when you leave this world? Through her journey traveling around the world for four years, Carolyn became clear about who is and what she came here to do in this lifetime. However, before this clarity arose in her, she had to peel the layers off her past history of child abuse to get to the core of what her gifts to humanity are.

Carolyn Rose Hart chose to follow her dream after completing thirty years of teaching challenged learners. She achieved a Master of Education degree plus sixty-seven hours, all while raising her two children as a single parent. Her travels around the world appeared to be to appease her adventurous spirit and was set to continue for one year. However, the Universe had other plans for her such as clearing the sludge from past abuse which was stopping her from being the person she came here to be. The exploration lasted four years creating other opportunities to go deeply into the pain. It inspired her to explore the U.S., as well as across the globe into Sub-Saharan Africa, Indonesia, and the Amazon. Working with master teachers and with techniques such as Gestalt, massage, dance, chanting, and connection with nature led her to soften and become an advocate for women and children. Carolyn’s leadership experience began long ago as a team leader, department chairperson, and team trainer. Since retiring from teaching and completing her travels, she has initiated the Uganda Teacher Fund and presented dozens of Awakening the Dreamer Symposiums (ATD). She now trains others to facilitate this program through The Pachamama Alliance. The Staying Awake Community in Cleveland was her brainchild and she is now sort of the “Pachamama”of Cleveland. Carolyn is also a giver of the nine Peruvian rites of the Munay Ki. Inspiring others to Step Up Step Out is now part of her new American Dream. In addition to her personal book, Carolyn is published in the anthology, Pebbles in the Pond - Transforming the World One Person at a Time. Carolyn currently explores all possibilities in writing and blogs with her worldwide community. She has an active presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Like her Facebook page, StepUpStepOutBook. She is an avid organizer, woman’s advocate, speaker, teacher, photographer, compassionate listener, and now an author with a compelling story to share. Her new love is coaching others to pinpoint what matters to them most in life through the identification of their gifts. Her love for Dances of Universal Peace, hiking, biking, skiing, and snowshoeing provides the balance in her life to live fully into her passions.
