The image below captures a poignant moment of Richard Roe, lovingly known as 'Dad,' as he clears out the damaged merchandise from his store. This photo, originally published in The Columbus Evening Dispatch on January 22, 1959, serves as a powerful reminder of strength and determination in the face of adversity.
